About Us
BestPhysio.uk provides mobile and home-based physiotherapy services in the United Kingdom, currently operating in Preston and surrounding areas. By booking a session, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms.
Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” – refers to BestPhysio.uk
- “You”, “Your”, “Client” – refers to the individual receiving physiotherapy services
- “Services” – refers to physiotherapy assessments and treatments delivered in person at your location
- “Agreement” – refers to these Terms and Conditions, including any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy)
Booking and Payment
- All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include: debit/credit card, bank transfer, or options listed on our website.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment is received or formal payment terms have been agreed.
- All prices include VAT, where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will retain their original price.
Cancellations and Refunds
- You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
- No-shows or missed appointments will also be charged in full.
- All purchases (sessions, services, or packages) are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage or completion status.
Therapist Availability and Changes
- We reserve the right to assign any suitably qualified HCPC-registered physiotherapist to your session.
- In case of unavailability, we will reschedule or offer an alternative therapist at the earliest opportunity.
- We may cancel appointments due to emergencies or unavoidable events. In such cases, our liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the affected session. We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., travel expenses, time off work).
Your Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate medical history, and update us of any changes.
- Ensure the treatment area is safe, clean, and accessible.
- Follow all clinical advice and treatment plans.
- Do not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent.
Our Responsibilities
- Deliver services with reasonable care and skill, following professional standards.
- Employ only HCPC- and CSP-registered physiotherapists with valid insurance.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
Liability and Disclaimer
- Outcomes vary by individual. No specific results are guaranteed.
- Manual and physical treatments involve risks including soreness, bruising, fatigue, dizziness, or, in rare cases, injury. Your therapist will explain all risks and obtain your informed consent prior to treatment.
- We are not liable for:
- Failure to follow clinical advice
- Incomplete or inaccurate medical disclosures
- Events beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as travel costs, lost income, or equipment replacement.
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or end a session if:
- The environment is unsafe or unsuitable
- The client behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner
If your condition is deemed outside the scope of physiotherapy, we will advise seeking alternative medical care.
Insurance and Third-Party Referrals
- If your treatment is funded by an insurer or third party, you remain responsible for any unpaid balances.
- Treatment summaries may be shared with insurers or GPs only with your consent.
Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during or after treatment (e.g., exercise plans, reports) remain the intellectual property of BestPhysio.uk.
- These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without our written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
